Last updated: February 12, 2026
These Terms govern use of Silent Protocol’s website, dashboards, bots, CRM, and APIs. By accessing or using our services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
This page is provided for general information and is not legal advice.
Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your local law) to use our services. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and any activity under your account. Do not share credentials or API tokens.
You must keep your contact information accurate. We may send security and transactional notices to the email associated with your account.
Service Overview
Silent Protocol provides a web dashboard and Discord bot features such as automation, moderation tools, utilities, music controls, and related integrations. Features may vary by plan and may require you to connect Discord.
Acceptable Use
Use Silent Protocol only for lawful purposes. You may not abuse rate limits, probe or disrupt the service, misuse access to Discord guilds, or attempt to reverse engineer or resell our software without permission.
- Do not use the bot to harass, spam, scam, or facilitate abusive behavior.
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, exploit vulnerabilities, or automate requests in a way that degrades service quality.
- Do not upload malware or illegal content through bug reports or recovery flows.
We may suspend or terminate access for behavior that risks platform stability, security, or violates community policies.
Discord Integration
When you connect Discord, you authorize Silent Protocol to access certain Discord data and perform actions in guilds where you have permissions and where the bot is installed. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect and manage those guilds.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans unlock features within the Silent Protocol bots. Prices and promotions are listed in IDR unless noted. You are responsible for accurate payment details. Entitlements may be paused for non-payment.
Unless otherwise stated, subscription terms are time-based and access expires at the end of the term. Some plans may not include refunds except where required by law.
Free plans may have feature limitations and may change over time. Paid plan benefits are described on the dashboard and are enforced by the bot and services.

Copyright & DMCA Notices
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content accessible through Silent Protocol infringes your copyright, you may send a DMCA notice to our designated contact. We will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the reported material and take reasonable steps to notify the affected user.

If you are in the EEA/UK, our processing is intended to follow GDPR/UK GDPR principles as described in the Privacy Policy, including lawful bases, data subject rights, and international transfer safeguards.
You agree not to share or publish vulnerabilities without giving us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate.
Service Changes
We may update features, pricing, or policies. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard, email, or status page. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to protect the service, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in a competent jurisdiction as permitted by law.
